The trike turns over when fully charged but doesn't start. It was running well until the last time I rode it in late 2022, however when I came to ride it again this year I can't get it started.
In an attempt to get it running, I recently fit new spark plugs (properly gapped and torqued to spec), new air filters and vacuum plugs on the carbs, and put in a new tank of petrol. I also checked the fuses and they are good, but unfortunately none of this has fixed the problem. The rear left side wheel is also locked up, I'm putting this down to the trike not being ridden in over 18 months. I believe this will be an easy project for a skilled mechanic.
There are a few other small jobs that need doing, such as new discs/ pads on the front brake, and also a new front tyre.
The trike is in good condition otherwise, and as stated in the title this is a historic class vehicle, meaning that it is tax and MOT exempt!
The engine is from a 1980 Kawasaki Z1000ST, however the rest of the trike is completely custom. If you have any questions please let me know, I will reply as soon as possible.
