Huge large Size Wisteria, Butterflies, and Floral Motif Jardiniere, Japanese Cloisonne Vase Enamel Oriental Planter Vessel, Cache Pot



This was probably made in Japan's Meiji Period (January 25, 1868 – July 30, 1912) or just thereafter


This Large Size Silver Wire Cloisonne piece features Wisteria Flowers, Butterflies, and Various Other Flowers that encompass the perimeter of the vessel.

PLEASE NOTE: The item is in fair condition and has heavy enamel loss, along with normal and typical signs of wear from age including patina to mounts and light surface debris and  light scratches and crazing and enamel loss. Throughout the piece there repairs and there are large areas of enamel damage and Vinyl flowers were added over the enamel damage area to stop any damage from spreading and so help with the presentation it makes the piece more appealing (see photos and video where pink tone flowers were added). There may also be random enamel flaking or loss given it's age. Despite all This, the pieces present extremely well. See pictures for more information and the item is sold as is.


Given the large size of the piece and various scenes that encompass the vessel helps blend in any imperfections.
