This is an unprepped Priscacara liops from the famous Green River Formation of Fossil Lake, near Kemmerer, Wyoming. It dates from the Eocene, 50 million years ago. 

This plate measures 8.0 inches long and 5.0 inches wide and 0.45 inches thick.
