Jerome K. Jerome - Three Men in a Boat - J. W. Arrowsmith 1889 - First Edition

We believe this to be the first edition, second impression of Jerome K. Jerome's Three Men in a Boat, but as the book unfortunately misses its title page, it is tricky to say for sure. From our research of the other copies available on the market, this displays the marks of second impressions.

Condition Report

Original publisher's binding. No dust jacket, as issued.

Cloth-covered binding with some shelf-wear, light soiling to boards and spine and marking. Mild rubbing and bumping to extremities and fraying to head and tail of spine.

Mild foxing within. Some earmarks and creases which have now been straightened. Previous owner's inscription just above the Preface.

Title page of the book has been excised and is absent.

Otherwise the book is internally clean and complete.
