From G-SHOCK, a tough watch that has continued to evolve in pursuit of unrelenting strength since its release in 1983, this model uses recycled waste resin from the manufacturing process in order to tackle new environmental themes.
The waste resin produced during the parts manufacturing process is crushed and kneaded into the bezel and band. We created a unique pattern by mixing red and yellow waste resin, G-SHOCK's standard colors, into the base color matte black. The design can be used for a wide range of purposes, both for everyday use and for fashion occasions.
The base model uses the G-5600, which is equipped with tough solar power that generates electricity even with the slightest amount of light from fluorescent lamps, and aims to reduce environmental impact with a bezel and band made from recycled waste resin. G-SHOCK is a product that embodies coexistence with nature through environmentally friendly materials and functions.
