If after 4 days payment is still not received and the item has not been resold, eBay will automatically cancel the order and you ( The buyer) will receive a “non-payment violation” on your account; multiple violations will result in your account being closed down, an inability to open new ones, and you will be added to a blocked buyer list ( many of these lists are shared with other sellers.
