Rebacked with leather spine and maroon and gilt title label and the original leather boards retained. The boards are worn and little grubby and marked. Internally there are more recent endpapers to front and rear with reinforced strips/repair to inner edges. Bookplate (James Henry Crofts) to inside front board, some pencil to reverse of front endpaper, ink ownership details to original front endpaper and ink annotation to front blank. Straining/beginning to crack to front and rear endpapers/blanks. There is the occasional pale foxed patch and spot. Annotation and under scoring to one leaf. else in good, clean and firm condition.

Shipping

  • We will gladly ship anywhere in the World.
  • We offer FREE UK domestic shipping, fully tracked and insured.
  • We use several services for overseas shipping, under 5kg usually shipped via Royal Mail Tracked. Heavier shipments or faster courier services are available, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred method.
  • We combine shipping for multiple items (Please wait to be invoiced for multiple purchases for accurate costings).
  • We will also gladly hold purchased items to allow for larger combined shipments, (Please let us know before payment).
  • All shipping costs are weight dependent.
  • We ship at cost.

Packaging
All our books will be carefully and securely packaged in custom made book boxes (The majority of which are produced Carbon Neutral). The Bubble packaging and boxes are all recyclable, and most tape used is environmentally friendly (we are constantly researching ways to reduce our environmental impact without compromising safe, secure and affordable shipping). We aim to send all items within 24-48 hours of payment.

Returns Policy
If you are unhappy in any way, for whatever reason, with the transaction or the item, please contact us as soon as possible. Your item is fully refundable if not as described.
