Condition: these packs are new and the cards never removed but there is some type of center stickiness from a non-permo glue type substance just in the center and some of these packs are still stuck together just in the center so not sure how they were originally sold. You might find and end unsealed on a couple packs from pulling them apart from one each other and you see the surface type tear on them in photos. Sold As shown in the many photos above. Pictures were taken and then sealed in a lunch baggie and this how they will come to you.
