 WHAT CAN WE PRINT

• TIFF, JPEG, PDF,  PSD, PNG, and ZIP files.
• We encourage files that are a minimum of 300dpi.
• Image equivalent in pixels to the size of your desired Canvas size, for example, 3m will require at least 3000 pixels.
• Images were taken with a modern digital camera.
• In smartphone images, we encourage the camera to be set to the highest pixels setting.

SIZE NOTE: Our main measurement format is in inch therefore all product advised are futured in inch while the centimetre shown on product page along side the Inch are rounded up or down to the nearest whole number “cm”.

Example 1 (20×20”) will the displayed as (50x50cm) instead of (50.8×50.8cm)

HOW ITS WORKS

2) Wait for our email with instructions on how to submit your image to us (normally sent to you within 2 working hours after purchase). This provides you with our email address.

3) OR send your photos via Contact Seller

To get a great result, your photo must be of excellent quality. Therefore, if your photo weighs more than 15 megabytes, then share the download link with us via Contact Seller or wait of our email with instructions

ORDERING and IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• If your photo is not suitable for your canvas prints they will be delayed! Please check your emails regularly including JUNK mail in case we have tried to contact you, If we do not get a response within 3 days a refund is issued.
• Please send your photo/s after the order has been placed and your have received email with instructions on how to submit your image, if no photo is received we will email you x2 requesting this if we do not get a response within 3 days a refund will be issued and order cancelled.
• Please DO NOT send photos via eBay messages, eBay messages reduce the file size and these are then not suitable for Canvas Prints.
• Only High Res images accepted if in doubt please send your photo before ordering and one of our team will check it for you and get back to you within 24hrs.

• Delivery times are estimates as stated above, during busy periods sometimes there can be a small delay in dispatching your Canvas Prints.
• Delivery of Personalised Canvas Prints to Highlands, Islands and BT Postcodes please allow 7 days for delivery.
• During weekdays Monday-Friday we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Larger orders can take an extra few days to process and are normally dispatched within 48 hours.
• We are closed at weekends and all orders placed during this time are received by our print-room on Monday, These are then saved on to our system Monday morning and checked to make sure these are OK for processing.
