This is a lovely old large decorative 19th Century carved wooden washing beetle.It measures approx. 15 inches top to bottom and is approx. 3 inches at its widest.The piece probably dates to the 1800s and is in pretty good original condition [ some bruising to sides as shown ].It has a very good colour and patina.Thanks for viewing and please take a look in my shop for many more interesting old items.
