• All orders before 11am will go out the same (business) day. After 11am orders will ship out the next business day or earlier.
• Need this URGENT? We offer all methods via USPS and UPS. UPS picks up after 3pm so if you need a part RED and its after 11am, you must contact us to have your order processed between 11am-3pm. We do our best to accommodate those urgent needs. On occasion we can extend those shipping hours beyond 3pm but PLEASE call.
• If you would like us to use your UPS account we can do that also. Just select free shipping and provide Acct # in note to seller during checkout.
• This item is eligible for pickup unless otherwise stated.
• Free shipping includes USPS First Class or Parcel Select.
• We would encourage USPS Priority upgrade as this is normally 2-3 days shipping time. Parcel Select can take a week or more and is for none urgent items.

Condition Note: The majority of our items are surplus. If they are used they are working items (pulls). Since most items cannot be tested there are rare occasions when an item may be defective but our sources are generally very reliable. We will however be glad to refund your purchase.
