Plastic layer still on as this is brand new and although I don’t think I have original box if I find it before auctionend I will include it but comes with everything original including charger and this is unlocked portable Wi-Fi tgat can hold multiple devices at once on the go anywhere but I find most ppl prefer in car while driving etc I also have a resource where you can pay $15 month for this box to get unlimited Wi-Fi monthly service if you want that information please state so when making payment add on $5 for details this wasn’t ever used and is essentially 100% brand new and operating same !
