The laptop has been a wonderful computer in the time I have had it. It will need an update at some point and there is 1 small chip cracked in the back corner as shown but does not affect functionality. Occasionally you may notice some of the keys want to act up and need to be pressed several times to get the letter to come up. Comes with the charger cord
