Easy to Use

1. Connect the electrode pads and the connection line.
2. Put the electrode pads on the position where you feel uncomfortable.
3. Plug the connection line in the output port of main unit and long press the ON/OFF button.
4. Press MODE+/- to select the massage mode.
5. Press P1+/- and P2+/- to adjust the intensity level of channelA and B.
6. Press the TIME button to adjust the massage time,and it will turn off automatically when the time is up.
