1. You return the item to me in the same condition you received it from me, accompanied by an original certificate from the American Philatelic Society Expertising  Service (APES) or the Philatelic Foundation stating that the item is not genuine. No questions asked. The cost of obtaining the certificate is at your expense.

2. Any claim is to be made through me personally and not through eBay. The refund will be made directly to your bank account or Paypal account as you instruct me.

3. Claims received after 4 months will not be accepted under any circumstances.
