Laptops are preowned and may/may not have typical scratches/scuffs, possible minor dings/dents, and wear. These laptops are in excellent condition! One laptop had the back panel replaced so the serial # on the back panel will not match the manufacturer serial # you'll find in the BIOS.
The batteries included show as having good health, per BIOS, at the time of the auction. However, batteries are not fully tested and not covered under warranty. Power adapters are NOT included.

WE SHIP TO THE LOWER 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other country or territory.
We ship via UPS. If your item is less than $40 and weighs less than 2 lbs. we may choose to ship via United States Postal Service at our discretion.
Items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received.
LOCAL PICKUP:
- If you plan to pick up your item from our warehouse, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready when you arrive.
- Any item that is picked up from our facility will be charged 6% sales tax. Internet purchases are not exempt from sales tax and shipped items will be charged sales tax according to buyer's location.

Buyer has two weeks (14 days) from date of receipt of item to notify us of any problems.
Buyers' lack of knowledge or software, drivers or hardware will not be considered a warranty issue.
Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning item.
Item must be returned at buyer's expense. ** Unless MCBIA has made a shipping error, return shipping arranged by buyer will not be reimbursed.
Item must be packed in original shipping materials.
Our technicians will diagnose item within three (3) business days of receiving.
- If item is found to be faulty: At our discretion, replacement will be shipped or a full refund (including original shipping charge) will be issued.
- If item is found to be in advertised condition: Buyer shall be reimbursed purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee or $5.00 (whichever is greater). Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

If item has been damaged in transit, buyer should contact us via email or phone to file a UPS damage claim. PLEASE DO NOT file an eBay return for transit damaged items.
