Vintage Bass Clarinet mouthpiece
I can make out the Lille in the Oval so its from France, Looks like an initial J possibly as the first letter.
Above that is a musical staff with some letters on it,
Piece is in good shape and measures at a 60 tip on my Theo gauge.
