Columbia PFG Tamiami II Long Sleeve Omni-Shade Fishing Shirt Sea Green Vented XL
Color is a light seafoam green. Similar to mint green but with a hint of blue. The first picture is good match for the color.

Shirt has three small, faint yellow stains on the left breast pocket and one stain on the back of the right shirt-sleeve.
I was unable to remove these stains. See pictures 19 and 20; stains are above the red dots in the image.
The vent has a small spot of mending. See picture 21; the repair is above the red dot in the image.
Small snag on lower left of back.
It's still in great shape for actual fishing and outdoor wear.
Size tag is missing but chest measurement is 48" and center back length is 30.5" which corresponds to the standard XL size on Columbia's website.
