Shipping
We have FAST SHIPPING processing times. We ship most of the orders within 1 Business Day. We ship daily during business days via USPS and UPS.
Buyer must ensure that "ship to" address is correct at the time of purchase and payment of item. We are
not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address due to buyer's oversight.
Return and Exchange Policies
Our return policy allows for returns only in the case of functionality defects reported promptly upon discovery. To initiate a return, contact us with pictures of the item and defect. Returns for reasons like incompatibility or change of mind are not accepted. We aim for accurate descriptions, but buyers should review thoroughly and ask questions before bidding or placing an order. For misunderstandings or changes of mind, a restocking fee will apply. Upon verifying the defect, a refund will be issued promptly. However, if no defect is found, only the item's price will be refunded, excluding shipping costs. Return shipping for international purchases is not covered. Returned items must be in the same condition as shipped. Our policy allows for 30 days for returns, with fast processing usually on the same day as payment.
