Ma Cabane au Canada, words by Mireille Brocey and music by Louis Gaste. Four pages front to back with a 1948 copyright. Published by Editions Micro, Paris. Approximately 9-1/2 in. X 12-3/4 in. Cover art by Gehmy shows a large center photo of Line Renaud with the words "Grand Prix Du Disque 1949" under the title and "Disque Pathe 2508" and "Vente interdite en Belgique" (sale prohibited in Belgium) below the photo. Line Renaud is a French singer and actress born in 1928. She made her national debut on Radio Luxembourg, singing on a Sunday morning program. After signing a contract with Pathe Marconi, she recorded "Ma Cabane au Canada" (My Cabin in Canada), which won le Grand Prix du Disque. Good condition (has a small stamp on cover and what appears to be age toning (though difficult to tell how much because of the original brown of the paper) and top and bottom seam splits have been repaired inside with clear tape).
