This was a special estate sale find.

M W Co Patented JAIL C. 1894 ornate mortise lock with key. Also has 3 face plates set of door knobs one is ornate with design the other is plain.

The lock measures 7 1/4’ in front plate the lock itself is 5’ in x 3’ in x 1’ in

The lock is pretty rusted and the key is stuck

The face plates are rusty and one was painted

I’m not knowledgeable enough to clean these properly so I will that up to you.

It is a special piece of history
