You will receive everything you see in the pictures. As you can see in the video, (if eBay's review is completed) the motor works, but the operation is sticky. The hand is broke on one side, and needs to be fiddled with a bit, but still extends out to grab unsuspecting pieces. The game is missing the rotating piece, so it does not spin. A few of the character pieces are missing their stands, and one of the treasure boxes is split on one side. You will also notice a lack of white board pieces; that is because there are none. The box is a bit bent but still in usable condition.
