95 Year Old (D) Master Navajo Silversmith MARY MORGAN is a celebrity amongst Navajo Silversmiths. Born in 1923, Mary  silversmithed for over 65 years and was a master at her craft. Mary's pieces are known for their HEAVY, High quality work and thick braided bracelet bands. Mary is also a noted artist in Dr. Gregory Schaaf's latest jewelry book "American Indian Jewelry III, M-Z, 2,100 artist biographies", and is featured on page 55 with a full color photo, and biography of her life's work. At 95 years old, Mary was one of the oldest Navajo silversmiths on the planet. Mary Passed away a few years ago.

This astonishing MARY MORGAN brooch/pendant/collar tip and features an old Turquoise cabachon. (These Collar Tips were traditionally tied on to a blouse, so they were removable). (We found a TRIO of 3 of these pendant/brooches that the Owner would wear together, they are NOT mass produced). This brooch is Un-SIGNED. An incredible, heirloom investment piece for your Native American Jewelry Collection!!
