About This Items

  1. Casio Computer Co., Ltd. will release the 2023 NISMO MY23 EDITION "ECB-2000NIS," featuring graphics of the Nissan Z No. 23, the ace car of NISMO, as a new product in the "EDIFICE" line of wristwatches based on the "Speed and Intelligence" concept. The NISMO MY23 EDITION "ECB-2000NIS" will go on sale on April 21, 2023, featuring graphics of the Nissan Z No. 23, the ace car of the NISMO brand.
NISMO is the works team responsible for Nissan's motorsports activities. EDIFICE" is a highly functional watch that expresses the world view of motor sports, and since the two teams share the same attitude of pursuing ultimate performance by making full use of cutting-edge technology, they have been supporting each other since 2021.

The ECB-2000NIS is a high-function watch that incorporates the design of the Nissan Z 23, the ace car of NISMO, which competes in the SUPER GT, the most prestigious race in Japan.
The base model is the "ECB-2000," whose case is made of carbon fiber reinforced resin and whose design is reminiscent of a car's suspension. The upper half of the dial is colored red and the lower half black, similar to the coloring of a side view of the machine. The upper part of the dial is laid out with a graphic pattern encrusted with the letter "Z" on the machine, and "23," the ace car number of "Nissan/NISMO," is placed at the 23-minute mark on the index. Inspired by the Japanese sword-inspired roof line, the side of the bezel has been partially trimmed to create a sharp curve, and other machine elements are expressed throughout the watch.

In terms of functionality, the watch's Bluetooth® mobile link function allows for easy automatic time correction and world time setting. In addition, the measured data from the stopwatch can be transferred to the CASIO WATCHES compatible application to display lap times in 1/1000 second increments. The watch is also highly practical, with Tough Solar, which is powered by sunlight or fluorescent light.
