Touroku is a disciple of Hiroki Aida, the current Japanese master craftsman.
His and Hiroki Aida's workshops are next door to each other, always producing good hammers and carrying on Hiroki Aida's techniques.
He is the most promising hammer blacksmith, although you can buy reasonably priced hammers now.
