I have 3 coal mining lamp items to sell.  I believe they are from the 1920's and were likely used in the West Frankfort, Illinois area as they had very large underground mines at the time.

This auction is for an item that I have not been able to firmly identify.  Please contact me if you have any information on it!

It is a tube with a screw on lid - the lid is connected with a chain.  It is about 7.5" tall with lid on.  My best guess is that it may have been a lamp lighter, but don't know.  It is in good unrestored condition.  I couldn't get the bottom to unscrew.  It has Harmic Mfg. Company., Pat Pend on it.

Again, information would be welcome and let me know if you have any questions!
