Payment

Payment expected within 3 days after auction has ended. We reserve the right to cancel unpaid listing after 3 days unless we provide consent to an extention at our discretion. 

Shipping

Items ship within 1 business day of receiving payment. Insurance is included with every item. We combine shipping on all auctions or buy it nows. Our general combined shipping policy is based on total weight and is adjusted automatically with our policy that is automated. For trading cards the base shipping is charged and each additional card is 25 cents added to the base shipping. Mixed lots of card excluding bulk are charged base shipping and each additional lot is $1.00 for each lot. Bulk lots are base shipping plus $2.00 for each additional bulk lot. Coins are base shipping plus an additional $1.00 for each coin. If there is a concern about the shipping cost please let us know before you pay for your items. We ask that you wait to pay for listing if you want us to combine shipping. It makes it easier to create the invoice. Please note that we do not ship items on the weekend. All items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or UPS. We reserve the right to choose which carrier delivers the item(s). The buyer may need to provide a proper address for physical addresses if we need to deliver by UPS. The calculated prices are what eBay calculates from these two carriers. Revert those complaints to USPS or UPS because it is their pricing. USP's calculated prices may differ from calculator on item page before end of auction, because it is only estimating via zipcode. UPS's calculated shipping is finalized after auction when buyer's full address is used as UPS does charge residential charges in most cases. Variances usually range from +$0.00 to +$1.75. If you need to change the address to where it is shipped from your primary address on ebay the shipping cost will be different and the buyer is responsible for any difference there may be. If the buyer refuses to pay the difference the order will be canceled.  AK, HI and PR will be surcharged $2.00 per lb which applies to calculated and free shipping services.

Terms of Sale

Please ask any questions before bidding and view all pictures and description carefully. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and has 30 days upon reciept to return the item for a refund. The original bid price plus shipping will be refunded if the item was not as described. We will not refund shipping for any other reason. The buyer must return item to get a refund, we will not provide a refund simply on hearsay. We only accept returns for not as described items. Please message us with any concerns with returns before opening a case.

If you receive your item and there is an issue, please email us prior to leaving negative feedback. If the issue is damage during shipment please contact us and we can file an insurance claim and the item will be picked up by the carrier and once we receive the item the buyer will be refunded. All items are carefully looked over but we are human and make errors. If you have 0 feedback you must email us prior to bidding on item due to non-paying bidders.
