In ok condition for age, bowl is yellowed with a crack and the back and the lantern has cosmetic wear from storage and service.

Nema socket has been blanked out for some reason but a new socket can be fitted easily,

The reason for being “spares or repairs” is because of the ballast, other than that it will work but will require a new one.
