Not sure what kind a kit this is,one of the pieces is marked Germany,tips have PAT. stamped.

Leather pump ?(misisng hose that connects it to hand piece) is marked F.A.C.O. 41 

Doesnt seem to be complete,as seen on photos,comes in wood box.
