This is from my personal collection. This difficult to find 505 Games release is the UK English Language version. 

As per my listing description and pictures, this is brand new in its original factory seal (with Sony Playstation 2 tear strip). 
The cellophane factory seal is fully intact. At my time of listing, my Buy-it-Now price was set as the cheapest available PAL copy on eBay worldwide by some distance (all other sealed copies £150+).
