Smiths Mechanical Car Clock Working well. Late 1920s or early 30s, I would think designed to fit behind a glass fronted instrument panel (I have seen a similar example on a 1929 Star, but were used in various British marques). Hence the unusual shape of the silver clock dial, and side illumination slots around the bezel. A lovely unmolested original example, appears in good working condition, I think an 8 day mechanism, although I have not tested its duration. Only minor imperfection is some black paint pealing off the hour hand - soon addressed I'm sure. Sold as seen in detailed photos above.
