Payment is requested within 48 hours of auction end or after I send an invoice. If you need to delay payment for some reason please let me know and I will work with you. No payment and/or no communication within 4 days after the auction ends may result in a non-paying bidder case automatically opened by Ebay. Local pickup is an option but I will require Paypal payment prior to pick up unless other arrangements are made. I may require a signed bill of sale for local pickup.

Some items may require a signature on delivery due to the value. Even if not required, I may select signature on delivery if the item is of high value or I think it might be delivered and left unattended. If there is a problem with having someone available to sign at the original address please provide an alternate address and a contact phone number. 

If the item is lost or damaged during shipment that will need to be taken up with the carrier or an insurance claim filed. If the item is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it that also will need to taken up with the carrier.

Shipping charges, if any, are for the lower 48 states. There may be a surcharge for shipping to AK or HI or to APO addresses. If you are in HI or AK or want the item shipped to an APO address please contact me before payment. If the shipping is free to the lower 48 I will choose the shipping method that works best for me depending on the size and weight of the package unless a specific shipping method is listed or requested. I will do my best to ship the item quickly (but it may take a day or two to obtain shipping materials for larger packages) then it will be up to the carrier to get it to you in a timely manner. I will not be responsible for delays due to weather, pandemics, acts of God or civil unrest. 

If I receive no feedback or communication within 48 hours after the item is marked delivered I will assume the buyer is satisfied with the transaction and no refunds or returns will be offered. If you feel there is a problem with the item please let me know ASAP and I will do what I can to take care of it.

The vast majority of buyers leave no feedback or communication of any kind even if I leave feedback for them. Because of this I do not leave feedback until I hear from the buyer in some manner. If I receive no feedback or communication within 1 month of the auction ending (not necessarily the delivery date) I will archive the listing. If you leave feedback after that time I may not be aware of it. Thanks for your understanding.

I do allow for international shipping to some locations through Ebay's global shipping service (for items that qualify for this service). With this service I ship the item to a US location where it is forwarded to the final destination. Keep in mind the global shipping service may add shipping charges to the final cost for which the buyer will be responsible.
