This listing is for a pair of bright royal blue women's shorts from Stylus.  They are size 4.

They are 100% Cotton.  The actual measurement around the top of the shorts is 33" and they have a 3.75" inseam.  The flat measure of the leg opening is 11"; the rise in front is 9".  The fastener is a 3" zipper with two flat slide hooks and a hidden button.  There are six belt loops, along with two regular pockets on the front, and two faux pockets on the back. 

Please note:  My camera's lens is scratched and when I take pictures of solid-colored items, particularly black and other dark colors, it makes them appear to have a faded section, when really, they don't.  This item is not flawed !  :)
