This is a Gorgeous Authentic Vintage 10K Solid Gold Ring. It features an approximate 3/4 of a carat red synthetic stone. The size is more than a 5.75, but will be a tight 6, and weighs 1.8 grams. We have priced this beautiful vintage ring to sell.
