This shows a standing angel or cupid making soap bubbles. I found an image that said this is made in Czech Republic by Curt Schlevogt. I could not find an example with color. So this is a really rare piece. I am no expert. This came from an estate sale. If you have more Info on this , please share. Look at pics ask questions.  Thanks for looking.
