Joe Camel Club Camel Original 1990's Pyjama Bottoms 100% Cotton Adult XL.  These have never been worn, have just been kept in storage.  Drawstring waistband and elasticated bottom of legs.  The label says XL but they look a little smaller, the waistband measures 14" from left to right and 40" from top of waistband to the bottom of the legs.
