Featuring highly detailed design, each building can be displayed as a stand alone piece or connected to the others buildings in the set. The mini Caf Corner includes details like a fan above the doorway and printed hotel signage, while the mini Market Street includes transparent bricks and a unique brick construction. The quaint mini Green Grocer also features transparent bricks and a fire escape at the rear, while the mini Fire Brigade includes a brick bell and white arch wall elements. Finally, the mini Grand Emporium has a rooftop sign, skylight and window washing platform. With fantastic detailing and a huge variety of elements in a range of rich colors, this exclusive mini modulars set is the perfect addition to every VIP Members collection.

promise to get your item ready and shipped within 3 days. All the
items come from Bel Air, Maryland. We have many items that we ship
free to locations within the USA; otherwise, shipping is based upon
your location and the shape/weight of the item. International shipping
is allowed and protected when the buyer uses their physical address in
their country during checkout otherwise, using a US based export
address will null and void any liability on our end. The international
buyer will be responsible for paying any customs, fees, taxes, and/or

Miscellaneous
We store our products in a smoke-free home. We are a pet friendly
home. We meticulously prepare and store our items in sealed bags
inside bins.
Our Team
Ray and I are helped by our adorable kitties that we got at the Small
Miracles Cat & Dog Rescue based in Ellicott City, MD. These kind
people rescued a pregnant cat from a kill shelter in West Virginia,
brought her to their facility where she gave birth to our curious
little love bugs, Grayson & Knightly.
