Decal kit for Ford Ranger Raptor GEN 1, kit contains decal's for left and right rear quarter of vehicle, both sides and tailgate. A total of 5 pieces supplied with the kit. The rear quarter decals, including the pat on the side are approximately 2.2m each in length. Photo's shows decals to scale on the vehicle.

This is a professional grade product, made and produced in-house in the UK on premium, high quality 3M air-release vinyl. Supplied with application tape for easy application.

Decal can last up-to 7 years with proper application and care.

All items are custom made to order, we aim to dispatch same day on orders placed before 10am. If your order is placed after this time, dispatch will be the next working day. Postage is 1-2 days through Royal Mail 1st Class tracked. 

Application Guidance

We recommend professional installation as we cannot accept responsibility for an issues arising due to installation/application error by the purchaser.

Carefully inspect your decal kit before application. Please contact us if any defects are detected and do not use the film, as we cannot process refunds for defects once the material has been used in any way. We check all products before they are posted to ensure quality control.

  • Clean all surfaces to which the film is to be applied with a specialist pre-wrap surface cleaner. Do not use spirits. Make sure that any remaining detergents are thoroughly and completely removed.

  • The car must be completely clean and dry when applying the film.

  • Only apply in temperatures > +15° C

  • Carefully remove all elements that obstruct the application (e.g. outside mirrors, door handles, trims, windscreen wipers etc.).

  • Inspect all surfaces and edges for residual preservation wax or polish. Any residues must only be removed with a silicone-free citrus-based industrial detergent. Surfaces with more stubborn stains can be cleaned additionally with a commercially available insect or tar remover.

  • Never apply detergents that use nanotechnology to establish nano-sealing or nano-coating on the surface to be cleaned. Please observe the manufacturer's instructions.

  • Make sure that the surfaces, edges, corrugations, hollows and joints of the vehicle are completely dry. Carefully remove remaining humidity under rubber seals.

  • Only install using specialist tools designed for vinyl wrap installation. Never use a squeegee without a felt pad, as this can cause scratching to the high gloss/satin laminate. 

  • Ensure you are working in a clean, dry and dust free environment.

  • Line up the decal while backing paper is still on the decal to ensure it is level and correctly placed.

  • Remove one side of decal from the backing paper and work from one side to avoid creasing and air bubbles.

  • Use a squeegee to smooth the decal onto the paintwork while removing the backing paper.

  • Once applied remove the overlaid application tape carefully and slowly.

  • Post heat to no more than 93 degrees Celsius.

Please note if paintwork is rusty or damaged prior to application this will show through the vinyl and the decal may remove the paintwork on removal if not in good condition prior to application.

As this is a custom product we cannot accept a return if you change your mind. If there is a legitimate reason for a return please contact us, send us a photo of the product and we will help you. The item must be returned to us in the same condition as delivered, new and completely un-used. If the vinyl has been removed from the backing, cut or applied to a vehicle this is classed as used and we cannot accept the return for any reason in this circumstance. We hope you understand.
