The TD-50X is Roland's state-of-the-art V-Drums sound module with over 900 modern tones and full support for the revolutionary digital snare, digital ride and digital hi-hat. Prismatic Sound Modeling technology gives you the experience of playing an acoustic drum with a very natural response, depth of sound and subtle expressiveness. It includes three digital pad inputs, as well as a wide range of analog trigger inputs. When you use electronic drums in a live performance or studio setting, it's important to shape the sound outside the instrument, just as you do inside the instrument. The 10 balanced outputs allow the audio engineer to mix the sound properly, so that the sound can be output regardless of the effect. The TD-50X faders also allow the drummer to control the mix from the stage as needed. For computer-based recording, the TD-50X supports up to 32 channels of audio and MIDI over a single USB cable.
