You can only get this card at the Empire State Building Starbucks Reserve (which is super impressive), it comes with the Reserve card holder (does not reference the Empire State building or New York) The card had money put on then  taken off but since they are barcode cards there are no swipes so they are still brand new.  Never registered, pins still covered, no funds.

This card like all other USA cards can only be loaded, used, and registered in the USA.  Not for foreign use.
