This is a Power Rangers Ninja Steel rock Star Deluxe Sword toy. It is in good condition as pictured but does have a few paint marks on it as well as some minor corrosion residue in the battery compartment.

This has been tested and it is in full working order. 

The 3x batteries needed are not included.
