Payments & Shipping:

I use Parcel2Go to always try and find the best option for shipping your purchased items at the time of order, however, if you have any specific courier you prefer I use, or do not use, please let us know. If any courier or shipping selection or exclusion results in higher shipping costs, buyers must cover this increase in shipping costs.

Collecting in Person:
I am happy for customers to collect their purchases in person by arranging a mutually agreed date and time within the town of Greenock, Inverclyde, Scotland. This will also give buyers a chance to examine their purchase and cancel if unhappy, of course for obvious reasons, this must exclude new and sealed items. Buyers must also ensure they have their Collecting in Person eBay Code for scanning or manual entry.

Our Returns Policy:
If you discover any problems or defects not described or shown within listing images, please return the item(s) to us in original and unused condition to allow us to process a full refund after the item is received. If you simply change your mind and wish to return any item, I can sometimes accommodate this, hoIver in such cases any buyer must cover the shipping cost for return, plus any original shipping costs and platform fees will be deducted from final refund cost. Items must be in original condition. Some items are UV-marked for the protection of both buyer and seller.

Multiple Quantity Items:
Some items I sell may have multiple quantities. I usually post a single listing and mark it as having multiple quantities in stock. Buyers must appreciate some of these items, although they are the same item, may have slight differences from the item as displayed in the listing images, especially if there are slight marks or tarnishes on packaging, differences in location of stickers, tape sealing the box, etc. If this is a cause for concern, I invite any buyer to request specific images of the item or sealed packaging that would be shipped to them before purchasing. I do this to make sure our Customers are 100% happy with their purchases.
