These plates are in excellent condition.  I would describe them as Mid-Century Modern with the MCM style fitting the decor of many homes. They are 9 1/4" in diameter and can be used for lunch or dinner.  A little research into the history of these delightful plates reveal the following:

• Oxford began in Brazil in the 20th Century - 1954 - with 72 employees.
• 1974 was the date when the company started exporting their china.
• Oxford pieces are found in homes throughout Brazil and in more than 60 countries.
