1 - What do I get?

You will receive a SIM Card sent through the post

2 - Can I transfer the number to another Network?

Yes you can, you can even transfer the number onto your existing contract.

3 - What is a PAC Code?

A PAC Code is a generated code by the Network used for transferring a Mobile number from one Network to the other.

You can order your PAC Code by texting PAC to 65075 and it will be sent via a text message to your phone.

Please note that a PAC Code request must be made at checkout, a message regarding this can be added to your order before making your payment. The requested PAC Code will be provided with your SIM Card.

4 - How do I keep my SIM active?

A chargeable activity every 3 months Is required to keep the SIM active If staying on Pay & Go, please note that all UK Pay & Go SIM Cards require this.

5 - Which Network can I switch to?

You can switch to all UK Networks. Please note that the Networks listed in the Item specifics are an example of some Networks you can switch to.
