Obtaining Certificates of Authenticity:
Notice that a stamp is being submitted for a certificate MUST be made at the time payment is made. No refunds will be made after 60 days after the sale date, unless extra time is granted.
We do NOT refund the costs of certification or any of the other costs, such as shipping, associated with the certification or non-certification. Refunds will be limited to the price paid for the stamp(s) and return shipping, upon receipt of the returned item.
For U.S. stamps generic certificates/opinions from The Philatelic Foundation, PSE, PSAG or the APS are accepted.
Proof of the inability of a competent authority to express an opinion is not grounds for return.
