I am refurbishing a Victorian Manor House and will shortly be removing circa 70m sq of beautiful Victorian Pine floorboards. The boards are from circa 700mm to 4600mm in length, 210 to 220mm wide and 15mm thick. Looking for £30 per sq m but open to offers.

I am looking to sell as a whole, not piecemeal sq m. The boards will be taken up and nails removed. Nails can be kept if needed. They will then be stored in a dry place. House built circa 1840 but age of boards unknown.

The floor boards in the living room are up to 4.6m in length which is very rare. The lounge is 40+ sq m. The kitchen has smaller length boards and is circa 28+ sq m. Exact areas can be provided.
