I have a McCall's Easy 2 Hour pattern # 4139 that features capes for Dracula, a vampire or vampiress or Grim Reaper costumes.  The capes can be made with or without linings and hoods. The package contains instructions and patterns for the following:

• Flared cape has purchased ribbon ties; cape A has hood and contrast lining with gathers; cape B is unlined and has hood; cape C has upper capelet and contrast lining, upper collar and lower capelet.

It is a "All Sizes in One Envelope" pattern and the sizes range from Small to Extra-Large:
