Magnesium (magnesium citrate), iron (iron (II) fumarate), vitamin C (L- ascorbic acid), vitamin E (D- alpha- tocopherol acetate), zinc (zinc citrate), niacin (nicotinic acid amide), manganese (manganese gluconate), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), copper (copper (II) gluconate), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol from lanolin), vitamin B6 (P-5-P 5'-pyridoxal phosphate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), folic acid (calcium L-methylfolate), chromium (chromium (III) chloride), iodine (potassium iodide), selenium (sodium selenate (VI)), biotin (D- biotin), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).
Directions for use:
Shake the container vigorously before consumption.
- Pour 1 serving (2 flat measures) into a dry container.
- Add 200 ml of water or other beverage and mix.
Note - follow the order of preparation to dissolve the powder thoroughly. Consume once daily with a meal that contains fat.
