The flashlight has a brass case with a fisheye lense.

The flashlight is worn due to age and use. Some of the black paint has scuffed off exposing the brass case. The threading at the top where the bulb would be replaced has some corrosion that needs to be cleaned off in order to screw it off to check or replace the bulb. The side where the batteries are replaced comes screws on and off easily. The inside compartment looks like it's still in good condition but there is some slight rusting on the lid. The flashlight is untested.
