The character premiered in 1994 in #0 of his own series. Nearly all issues are written by James Robinson. Most art is by Tony Harris or Peter Snejbjerg. There are 89 issues total in this lot. The lot consists of the following issues.

STARMAN ANNUAL #1 and #2. These are the only two annuals published.
